In summary, IE9 is at a quick standstill while other IE users seem to either be upgrading to IE8 or switching browsers completely (by the way, IE6 is finally under the 4% mark, hallelujah!). There’s been a slight dip in Firefox users while Chrome is still steadily gaining popularity. Safari and Opera continue to wade in their usual percentage ranges.
