About This Construction Website
Merging the content of seven training centers into the EASCTC required a thoughtful approach. Partnering with inConcert Web Solutions, the new site’s information architecture effectively tells the story of the combined brand while offering seven microsites for each center to share its unique story. The site also includes a robust, user-friendly class management portal where students can easily search for classes and register, while administrators can manage class details and rosters.
Individual Microsites
Using a sophisticated multi-location approach, the seven training centers that combined to form EASCTC each received a microsite connected to the main site. inConcert Web worked with each location to ensure their microsite accurately represented the individual center, highlighting unique information about the campus, available classes, and unique calls to action.
Robust Class Management
Since offering training is the core of EASCTC, the new site needed to offer an easy-to-use class management portal. The portal allows administrators to easily add and edit class details, send email notifications to registrants, and share interactive maps and directions to help students find class locations. The portal automatically shares available classes to the public-facing site through a dynamic feed.
Intuitive Student Portal
Students can easily search for classes by program or location. Each class page shares important information, including training dates, remaining open seats, contact information, equipment required, attendance requirements, and more. After the student selects a class they want to register for, they can log in and register securely. If classes are full, students can request to be added to a waitlist and notified if a seat opens up.
