		<description>Great Blog! and so true.  It&#039;s not all about who spends the most up front (on a team, on a business, on a website), it&#039;s all about maintaining throughout the season (year).  Lets face it things are always changing and if you are not staying on top of these changes and adapting, someone else is.  It&#039;s a matter of time before you are left behind.  Definitely something I need to work on myself.
