Aspen Systems, Inc.
Recently, inConcert Web Solutions helped launch a new website for
Aspen Systems, Inc. and they couldn't be happier! Aspen Systems focuses on providing unique
custom cooling solutions for thermal management in extreme environments.
Because these locations and equipment can sometimes be hazardous, it's
important to install a reliable temperature control system to prevent damage or
malfunctions. Sometimes temperature control is mandatory for the equipment or
materials involved in a company's manufacturing or treatment processes. Aspen
Systems combines expertise with experience to create the best quality cooling
solution for each of their clients.
Aspen Systems wasn't satisfied with their old website because it was outdated and not as streamlined as they wanted it to be. Many parts were repetitive and did not take advantage of the space on the webpage, such as the navigation displayed in two separate places, or the client log-in prompt on the side of every page. To top it all off, the design format of each page definitely needed a transformation from old and clunky to fresh and modern. This meant implementing an overhaul of the entire layout of the site while keeping all the same ingredients.
Our graphic designer and programmers teamed up to produce a sleek
and modern new version of Aspen Systems' site. Now the homepage features a
call-to-action button above the beautifully integrated navigation panel, so
interested prospective clients can browse or request quotes. Excerpts from
Aspen's blog posts about upcoming trade shows are shown in a feed on the new
homepage as well, which demonstrates that Aspen Systems is an active and
successful company. Existing clients can still log in on every page, but the
fields are at the bottom of the page instead of taking up space in the sidebar.
We asked Aspen Systems to let us know what they thought of the site redesign, and they loved it! Not only did the new site already make a sale (which may turn into a recurring customer!), but the Aspen Systems team couldn't think of anything we could improve on. "You guys have been great. Very responsive and very professional and you do great work," Charles Flanagan, Aspen Systems' Marketing Manager, wrote in an email. "We've been very pleased with the work and the results. You've done everything we've asked of you." Feedback like that is music to our ears! We love being able to help our clients make their visions into reality.
